Delivery Policy

Domestic Shipping (Ghana)

  • Delivery Time: 1–2 business days (Accra &), 3–5 business days , by the use of a third party delivery company (Tema, Oyarifa & its environs, Pokuase & its environs and other regions).

  • Courier Service: We partner with reliable local couriers (Bands Delivery service) for deliveries within Accra and speedaf for nationwide deliveries.

  • Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on location.

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.

International Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 7–14 business days depending on destination.

  • Shipping Fee: Displayed at checkout based on country and shipping option.

  • Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a phone call and text message with tracking details.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Return

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Non-returnable items: Customized or personalized products, gift cards, and clearance sale items.

How to Return

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • For damaged or wrong items, please send a photo with your email request.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for size or color within 7 days of delivery. To request an exchange, follow the same steps as above and indicate the item you’d like instead
